Praise for every good thing that exists

God of heaven, you are to be praised for every good thing that exists, for you are good and in power bring blessing to our lives.

We thank you for your abundant mercy that spills over from us to others who also, like us, need your compassion.

Let not our failings hurt the progress of the gospel. Forgive us and place us in the work that pleases you.

Your will is to save as many as possible. Let this be our life objective.

Strengthen us against temptation, and give us joy in the task ahead.

We thank you for daily bread and daily life in Christ.

Blessed be the God and Savior of the saints across the earth! Let all creation raise its voice in praise to you!

To You, Glory

To you, O Lord, belongs the glory,
Without our egos in the way;
What wonderful news is Jesus’ story,
How pure his light’s unconquerable ray!

To you, O God, belongs the power,
Who raised the Son from among the dead;
Salvation’s plan in that dark hour,
Upon the Cross when Jesus bled.

To you, O Father, we ascribe
All glory, honor, love and praise;
To you may every people and tribe
Their happy, grateful voices raise.

Our God Is Worthy

Almighty Lord, the power is yours,
And glory, too, both honor and praise;
Both snow and cloud, lightning and wind,
Both young and old, hours and days,
And all the deepest ocean stores,
Let angels praise where none contend —
Our God is worthy, and none beside,
He’s Savior, Shield, Friend and Guide.

Your songs

Your songs, O Lord, speak to me
And lift my soul higher.

They call me to that spiritual plane
Where inner peace prevails.

They invite us as your chosen people
To celebrate your presence.

We sing of joy and victory’s chant,
And our arrival in heaven.

God of Mighty Acts and Words

God of gods, Lord of lords,
King of kings, Almighty I-AM,
God of mighty acts and words,
God who promised to Abraham,
Who sent to earth the living Lamb.

Hear us now, O Lord, we plead,
Before your throne your people bow,
Meet us at our point of need,
Come to us in the here and now,
As silent snow on the barren bough.

Cover us with your sacrifice,
Cleanse us by your perfect blood,
Let Jesus for our sin suffice,
None is there but he who’s good,
Who comes again in power and cloud.

Glory to God, to God all praise,
His the honor, his the power,
Pleasant and kind are all his ways,
Devil and demons before him cower,
For us he’s rock and shield and tower.

We believe

Lord, let me sensitive to the needs of those around me and to address those needs in a way that will be helpful to the needy. Keep me from being a burden to others. May my service truly serve others and glorify you.

May others see that you are a God who loves and cares for them. Make your character evident in your people.

Praise belongs to you and all creatures glorify you. The world and universe declare your greatness. Open our eyes to your magnificence. Draw us into your fellowship.

We trust you to guide us in the right way. We believe that you will protect and shield us from harm. We know that you have always kept your word and fulfilled your promise. Joy is ours because you are God.

The Power to Do Is Yours

Praise be yours for your eternal plan,
For faithful, selfless love shared freely with man,
For wisdom in your world, for truth to guide,
For giving a mind to think and a will to decide.
The power to do is yours, from you success —
We fail and stumble often, we confess!
Lord, give us deeper faith and make us strong,
Remind us, in our hearts, to whom we belong.
To you are glory, strength, and every praise,
O holy God, for perfect are your ways!
