Heavenly Father, make us like Jesus, for we strive to be like him. This is our goal, because we know he pleased you in all things and shared an intimate relationship with you.
Also, we want others to see him in us, so that they might be saved through our words and actions.
Empower us to remove any thoughts or behaviors inconsistent with his life.
We are grateful we can be like him now, since we will be as he is, when he is manifested, for we will see him as he is.
Let the Bible be our constant guide to Jesus’ life. It is important to us for so many reasons, and this is one of the great ones.
Blessed God, people of the world identify with the rich and famous. We want to identify with, and be like, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
