For guiding shepherds, giving servants,
For little ones who love their neighbors,
For faithful saints who give no offense —
For these we offer thanks.

For sowers of seed — the Savior’s news —,
For tireless workers in deed and word,
For widows of faith, and families at home —
For these we offer thanks.

For fathers who lead with firm resolve,
For nurturing mothers of needy children,
For readers of Scripture, and voices of reason —
For these we offer thanks.

For eunuchs by choice, for young examples,
For heralds of truth, uniters of heart,
For quiet souls who’re quick to forgive —
For these we offer thanks.
