We seek your favor, God of mercy. We humble ourselves to obey your commands. We strive to do what is right. We strive to be humble in your sight. Protect us on the day of your judgment by the name of your Son.
You are the God of victories. You overcome all opposition. You put down all enemies. No one can resist you and live. Your right hand and strong arm give victory to your people.

You know the secrets of every heart, you know our temptations and godly desires. Confirm in us your will and let the strength of your Spirit harden our will against sin. We reject wrongdoing and devote ourselves to pleasing you in all things.
Help us in your unfailing love to be your holy people and fulfill on earth your plan to save as many as possible. Amen.
